RadarOnline reports that convicted child pornographer Jose Hilario wants to be paid out $100 million because his life was pretty much the inspiration for Swift's latest album, which contains hits such as "Blank Space" and "Shake It Off."

Apparently, in Hilario's handwritten lawsuit, he says, "My heart hurts. I have suffered so much humiliation already."

He also claims that he had an online Skype conversation with Swift when she was 18, claiming that "she was lonely and sad and that she needed someone to chat with." And he just happened to be that someone, so "for about over two months we chatted and had a good friendship," he says.

But this was not just an online friendship, according to RadarOnline. Hilario says in his lawsuit that he met Swift at a Rhode Island mall on April 13, 2008, where they "hugged and kissed each other."

Apparently, the singer then said "she would help him with his legal problems and that she would write and sing songs about him. But the defendant did not keep her promise of giving legal help."

So what does this man want from Swift? He apparently thinks she should help him get out of his legal trouble, and pay for the costs to do so.

Hilario claims, "I know for a fact that the defendant have [sic] a good heart and that she will come back to her senses and not forget her promise that she made to me."

According to RadarOnline, he is willing to drop the lawsuit if Swift will "help me and restore our true friendship."
