Kim Kardashian has been a momma-on-the-move in recent months, but after her miscarriage scare, she's ready to take it easy. In a new interview with Jerry Penacoli at Extra, she talked about her plans between now and July when her first child with Kanye West is due.
She chatted with the entertainment reporter on the red carpet to share her thoughts on that scary doctor's visit.
Kardashian said, "It's hard when a lot is changing in your body and you get sick and you are traveling and so much is going on. [I’m going to slow down] a little bit… it’s not easy being pregnant, I have to tell you."
Being a first-time mother makes any woman nervous and Kardashian is reading all of the relevant books to get her ready. However, they don't seem to be easing her anxiety.
She told Penacoli, "I get nervous with all of the baby books. They freak me out. I am not going to lie."
Besides preparing for her baby, Kardashian and West have been building a love nest for their growing family in Bel Air. The 10,000-square-foot home is being gutted and turned into a 14,000-square-foot palace for the three of them.
The 31-year-old also addresses the crazy blood facial she had on a recent episode of Kourtney and Kim Take Miami. There are rumors that the facial was actually a facelift, but the reality star clears up any confusion.
She said, "It was painful and a facial, but it wasn't a facelift. Just a facial, let's make that clear."

After the baby arrives, fans can expect to see Kardashian hitting the big screen more often. She's taking her acting career quite seriously.
In her latest movie, Temptation, Kardashian plays a matchmaker named Ava in the Tyler Perry-directed film also starring Vanessa Williams, Brandy Norwood and Jurnee Smollett-Bell.
Temptation will be seen on the big screen beginning March 29.
